Personalised Items: Orders for products featuring custom names and/or numbers are final. We are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on personalised items unless the product is faulty.

Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping: Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our supplier. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure all product & sizing information is accurate, however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. If a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Limitation of Liability: Steed Sporting Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
