Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time: Once processed, orders are delivered within 6-8 business days. Total delivery time from order placement is approximately 8-13 business days.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via Australia Post from our overseas supplier and delivered directly to your door.

Free Shipping Offer: We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 AUD. Orders under $99 AUD may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

International Orders: At this time, we ship to Australian addresses only.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery through Australia Post.
